10. Refund Policy
Quest Guide India reserves the right to determine the refund amount in case of cancellations or amendments. The decision regarding the refund will be final. Refunds will be processed in the name of the client. If the booking was made through a travel agent, the refund will be issued to the travel agent's account. Refunds for all services will be processed within 7 days. Please note that there will be no refund for unutilized services unless explicitly specified.
11. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and amendment charges are governed by the policies of the respective service providers, over which Quest Guide India has no control, and you will be subject to those charges. We strongly recommend reviewing individual service provider policies before making bookings.
12. Governing Law
All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. For any disputes requiring judicial intervention, the courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that any violation of these Terms and Conditions may cause irreparable harm to Quest Guide India. Accordingly, Quest Guide India shall be entitled to seek an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain such violations. You agree to reimburse Quest Guide India for any costs or expenses incurred in obtaining such an injunction, including reasonable attorney fees.
14. Termination
Quest Guide India may terminate this User Agreement and the provision of any services at any time, for any reason, including improper use of this website or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Such termination will not affect any legal or equitable rights to which Quest Guide India and its third-party providers may be entitled.
15. Amendments
Quest Guide India reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
