Cancellation & Refund Policy – Quest Guide India

At Quest Guide India, we understand that travel plans can change for various reasons and that's completely okay. We're here to make those changes as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

Whether you're booking a custom holiday, hotel stay, transportation, excursion, or a special event, your satisfaction is always our top priority. While we are required to follow the cancellation policies of our service partners, we always strive to minimize any inconvenience or financial loss for you wherever we can.

Booking Cancellation Terms Apply:

30 days or more before travel ₹500 + GST per person as processing fee Full refund after processing fee deduction
15 to 29 days before travel 25% of the package cost will be retained 75% of the package cost
7 to 14 days before travel 50% of the package cost will be retained 50% of the package cost
Less than 7 days or No Show 100% of the package cost will be retained No refund
Important Note:

If any hotel, airline, or service booked under your package has a special cancellation policy, we will inform you during the booking process. Otherwise, the above standard policy will apply. In all cases, we will always try our best to minimize your losses.

A Few Things to Note:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from your registered email ID or as a text/WhatsApp message from your registered mobile number to the contacts listed below.
  • Refunds are processed without interest and are subject to deductions as per the policy.
  • All refunds are processed to the original source of payment.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Bank or payment gateway charges may apply in certain cases.
Special Bookings Note:

Special event bookings, festival packages, peak season bookings (December-January, April-May), and certain airlines/hotels may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
