A: This tour requires moderate to good fitness. Activities include rafting (Grade III-IV), trekking at altitude (2,800-3,100m), skiing (beginner level), and scuba diving. You should be comfortable with physical activity and able to walk 3-5 hours on mountain trails. For scuba diving, basic swimming ability is required. We recommend preparing with regular cardio exercise before your trip. All activities include professional instruction and can be adapted to different fitness levels. Please inform us of any health concerns.

A: The ideal period is October to April. For Himalayan activities (Rishikesh & Auli): October-November offers pleasant weather and clear mountain views; December-February provides snow for skiing in Auli; March-April offers warmer trekking conditions. For Andaman Islands: October-May offers best diving conditions with calm seas and good visibility. The monsoon season (June-September) is not recommended due to heavy rains, landslides in mountains, and rough seas in Andamans. We can customize based on your preferred travel dates.

A: We provide all essential adventure equipment: For rafting - helmets, life jackets, paddles, wetsuits (if needed); For skiing - skis, boots, poles, helmets; For scuba diving - full dive gear including BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, tanks, weights; For trekking - walking poles if requested. We recommend bringing personal items like waterproof hiking boots, comfortable clothing layers, swimwear, and sunscreen.
